DR S VASISHTA, M.D., chief anesthesiologist and HOD, dept of anesthesiology - undergraduation at JIPMER, Pondicherry and postgraduation (M.D.) at PGIMER , chandigarh both institutions of international repute. Been in this dept for the past 28 years, initially as freelance consultant and later as an employee. Lot of interest in neuroanesthesia , labor analgesia, critical care, and regional anesthetic techniques. Very much interested in teaching training students in anesthesiology.
