Sri Ramakrishna Hospital has a dedicated team for International Patients’ Personalized Services. This well-trained dedicated team takes care of all clinical and administrative requirements of patients and their companions. The services include query handling, identifying physicians in advance to meet the patients’ specific needs, coordination for Doctor’s appointment and surgery. A personal coordinator is assigned to such patients, and is responsible for taking care of all aspects of patients’ visit to India, ensuring that they feel at home. The services are focused on meeting the special needs of the patients and their families, before and during their visit. They also take care of post-discharge follow-up.
Our dedicated lounge for international patients has facilities to provide communication assistance with physicians, family and friends at home. The lounge gives them a nice ambience to spend time and relax.
The Hospital has a team of in-house interpreters / translators trained in multiple languages who assist patients throughout their stay in the Hospital. This team helps patients to feel at home and get more information on the happenings in and around the hospital.
Check in / check out facility at room
Our hospital provides the most ambient rooms which have 24 hours Check in/ Checkout facilities. Patients can exercise the facility of expert Medicare at any point of time. All medical and related patronage will be rendered at the housing itself.
The Hospital provides a Travel Desk exclusively for overseas patients for Visa Assistance, Coordination of Airport pick-up and drop facility, Currency Exchange facilitation, Mobile & Data card arrangements, organizing accommodation for the attendants and patients’ families within the vicinity of the Hospital, travel & ticketing assistance for local tour.
Airport Pick-up & Drop Service
The Hospital ensures that the international patients are received warmly at the airport once they land into the country and our patient experience professionals helping them in their departure after discharge from Hospital.
Considering the diversity of choice of food among different nationalities, the Hospital provides a multi-cuisine menu of food to suit patients’ choice. All food provided by the Hospital are Halal Compliant and provided by International service provider.

The International Patient’s Department at SRH on receipt of your query or past medical records, as the case may be, will revert back to you with a comprehensive and custom-built treatment plan with (i) provisional diagnosis based on the medical reports given, (ii) further investigations that the patients will have to undergo, (iii) the treatment options (iv) duration of stay required to be hospitalized and in India and (v) the estimate of cost for the same.
On your consent to undergo treatment at SRH, we will send you a visa invitation for Medical Visa for the patient and Medical Attendant Visa for the accompanying attendant(Compulsory, in case where the patient is below 18 years of age or when the proposed treatment is surgery). In parallel, we will make a request with our Embassy, Consulate or High Commission in your country to grant you the visa for a smooth process. On obtaining the visa and booking your tickets to fly, you are kindly requested to intimate to us on the date of journey to facilitate your visit. Our international patient coordinator will receive you at the airport and ensure your comfort.
- Credit or Debit Card: You can make a payment through your international debit or credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD). Make sure you activate the required limit for payment and international access.
- Bank Transfer: You can make a bank transfer to our account. Make sure to share the SWIFT OUT report with us as proof of payment. Click for 'Bank Account Details'
- Pay in Foreign Currency: We accept payment in USD or GBP or EUR or AED or OMR or KWD or BHD or QAR or MYR or SGD or AUD. In case you are carrying cash for payment of treatment expenses in excess of $ 5,000/- you are required to furnish the ‘Currency Declaration Form’ (CDF) duly certified by the Indian Customs Authority while making payment.
We offer 'Second Opinion Services' (SOS). On receiving your past medical reports and consulting fee (Click here for the payment gateway), we will schedule an appointment with the specialist consultant through teleconference.
