Consultants refer the In Patients / Out patients from Various Medical Speciality and Intensive Care Units. On receiving the referral /Physiotherapy requisition forms the staff in-charge (Physiotherapist) of the ward assess the patient and in consultation with the referral forms from the physician / Surgeons formulate the treatment plan.
