Dr. Ganesh Prasad completed his MBBS from the prestigious Madras Medical College in the year 2003. He persuaded his surgical training from Stanley Medical College and was awarded “MS General Surgery)” in the year 2006. He cleared the famous Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (Scotland) Exams and was awarded “M.R.C.S.(EDIN)” in the year 2007. He did his higher Urological training from Madras Medical College and was awarded “M.Ch(Urology)” in the year 2013

Training / Academic experience:

Dr. Ganesh Prasad was appointed as a Consultant Urologist and Renal Transplant Surgeon at Meenakshi Mission Hospital, Madurai after completing his higher Urology training. His experience in urology spans over a period of 8 years. He is a member of national urological society USI and various international Urological Associations like Hong Kong Urological Society and SUI. He has presented research papers in various national and international forums. He was the winner of All India Apollo Quiz 2002. He won best poster prize in 2012 South Zone USICON. He was the winner of Prof.A.R.S prize issued by Madras Urological Society in the year 2013.
