The Department of General Medicine runs Diplomate of National Board (DNB) medicine postgraduate course successfully. The postgraduate are trained in General Medicine during the first year of the course. From second year, they are trained in specialties like Neurology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Medical Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Medical Oncology, Rheumatology and critical care areas.
Our students have taken up various posts in different parts of the country and some of them have specialized as super speciates in Cardiology, Neurology, Nephrology, Oncology and Medical Gastroenterology
