Dr.Vijay is son of the Soil, After finishing his school education, he completed MBBS and MS from Coimbatore Medical College. He did his Cardiac Surgery specialization at Madras Medical College. Being very interested in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery, He underwent specialized training at Fortis Escorts, New Delhi under Dr.K.S.IYER. He further gained much experience in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery by working at Howard Medical School and Cleveland Clinic. Always attached to the roots, Dr.Vijay returned to Coimbatore and is working at Sri Ramakrishna Hospital as a Pediatric Cardiac Surgery since 2015. He has to credit for performing many complex procedures for the first time in the city.
