Dr T R Nanda Kumar graduated from University of Mysore in the year 1997. He subsequently completed his MD in General Medicine from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in the year 2001.
He trained in the UK, both in Colchester University and Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow.
Underwent Cardiology training from Vijaya Heart Foundation, Vijaya Hospital, Chennai and obtained Diplomate in National Board, New Delhi.
Underwent fellowship training in Interventional Cardiology at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, Heart of England NHS trust, Birmingham, UK .
He is a member of the European Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation. He is an associate fellow of European Society of Cardiology.
Two of his abstracts were selected for presentations at Europrevent conference, Amsterdam in May of 2016, and one in October and was presented in Geneva at the European Society of Cardiology.
His studies based on Sleep disordered breathing and Cardiac disorders was published in the American Journal of PharmTech Research in February 2017.
Outside academics, he is interested in sports related activities and likes to spend time with family and friends.
