• Personal information: Name, age, contact information, and emergency contact details.
• Technical information: lnformation like your lP address, and browser type to enhance your experience.

Purpose of collecting information:

We gather and process your information to:

• Register and maintain your profile as an organ donor.
• Share your donor information only with authorized organizations, like the National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organization (NOTTO) and the Transplant Authority of Tamil Nadu (TRANSTAN), for official record-keeping purposes, including contacting you for follow-up and verification.
• And we will share the soft copy of a donor card via SMS.

Voluntary consent:

All data gathered is provided voluntarily, without any pressure. By submitting your details, you confirm that you are registering as a donor out of your own willingness and that you completely understand and accept the terms and conditions of this process.

Retention and deletion of data

We will retain your personal data for a period of 2 years from the date of your pledge. After this period, your data will be deleted and destroyed from Sri Ramakrishna Hospital.
